number - Chapters of Tanach present in Talmud Yerushalmi

Chapters of Tanach present in Talmud Bavli asks:

I heard there is a style of Talmud study somewhere, where as a verse presents itself in the Talmud, the student would learn the entire chapter from תנ״ך.

With that, were one to complete the entire Talmud Bavli, would he also have completed the entire תנ״ך?

As I answered there, one covers about 95% of Tanach with this method.

What if one does this with Talmud Yerushalmi? Would one end up completing more of Tanach with this method? Which perakim are left out, if any? Does applying this method to Yerushalmi cover the perakim not covered by Bavli?
